Conditions of Sale
A weekend or day ticket will admit you to all events, space permitting.
We regret that we cannot guarantee entry as some venues have a limited
seating capacity, so if there is an event you really do not want to
miss we advise that you arrive early to avoid disappointment. The
organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. Refunds will not be
given on any tickets.
Camp Site Information
The campsite will not be open until 9am on the Friday of the festival
and must be vacated by 12 noon on the Monday.
Festival Office
The festival office is located in the new pavilion on the main festival
site. General enquiries, ticket sales, T-shirts and badges etc
will be available from here.
Office opening hours:-
Friday 5pm - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 9.30am - 12.30pm, 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Parking
Please use the festival car parks as signed. Disabled and evening
parking (after 6pm) only permitted on the main festival site. Don’t
forget you can always drop off passengers and park afterwards.
We would like to remind you not to park on the roads
as this is a busy working village which can be brought to a standstill
by inconsiderate parking.
Dogs
Dogs are NOT allowed at any festival event (except working guide dogs).
Dogs are permitted onto the festival campsite but must be kept ON A
LEAD and under strict control at all times. PLEASE PLEASE clear up
after them. Thank you.
